Christine Cafasso brings more than 25 years’ experience producing live events, commercials, digital media and creative marketing campaigns for mission-driven organizations.

​As an executive producer and strategist, she offers oversight and leadership of creative projects and teams, big picture strategy, and manages both the operational and logistical aspects of complex productions through development, planning and execution.

Christine came to DC in ‘98 where she spent a decade with a top rated Democratic media firm producing commercials that helped elect dozens of officeholders. She then went on as creative producer for Feld Entertainment, the world’s largest provider of live-action family entertainment with shows that include Disney on Ice, Disney Live!, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and Monster Jam, overseeing live productions of scale for their global marketing campaigns.

In 2010 she returned to mission-driven work that combined both her political and creative background, and joined the AFL-CIO where she served as their director of production, leading their creative, video and live events teams. She produced the 2013, and 2017 convention.
She established her own company in 2020, and has gone on to produce commercials for successful political campaigns, and produce events for United Auto Workers (UAW), the Painters Union, Hero Women Rising, Climate Action Campaign, Democracy and Power Innovation Fund and many others. She was entrusted by the AFL-CIO to produce their historic 2022 convention, which elected the first woman president of the AFL-CIO, and included a visit from President Joe Biden.
Outside of her business she is involved with several initiatives in the DR Congo, including strategic management of start-up RecoPlast Congo (RCP) which combats plastic waste through collection and upcycling into “EcoWood”. Along with her daughter, she is the Co-Founder of CongoReads, which brings the love of books and reading to local communities in Kinshasa. For fun, she enjoys the thrill of excitement through skydiving, whitewater kayaking and enjoys an abundance of travel.
